1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver to the United States and Canada. If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your area at this time.
2. Processing & Handling
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines (Standard Shipping)
For U.S. orders, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
For Canadian orders, we estimate a delivery window of 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
4. Our Carriers
We mainly use USPS for U.S. deliveries. For Canadian orders, we typically ship via Canada Post or another reliable local carrier.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived:
First, check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will help investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
7. Customs & Duties (Canada Orders)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees by CBSA or the carrier. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We do not control or collect these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
