Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags attached, no stains/odors/damage).
Final sale items (marked “Final Sale”) and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Process
We do not offer direct exchanges. To request a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired item and apply for a return/refund for the original item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Procedure
Initiate Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Receive Label: Eligible customers in the U.S. and Canada will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Ship Item: Securely pack the item(s) (original packaging recommended) and ship using the carrier specified on the label.
Processing Time: Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement).
Defective/Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery (include photos and order details). We will arrange a free replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund.
Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier are non-refundable by us.
When returning an item, we will refund the product price (and the original shipping fee only if required by law and if the return is due to an error on our part). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are excluded from the refund.
